Request water softener service
If a softener or filter is leaking, call. For a new system, a water test or a unit that's stopped softening, send a request and a local company will call you back.
Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address, so the right local company gets your request
- Whether you're on Las Cruces Utilities, another water system or a private well
- What you need: a new softener, a repair, a replacement, filtration or RO
- The brand, model and rough age of any existing unit
- How many people live in the house
Softener leaking or the brine tank overflowing? Turn the valve to bypass (or close the shutoff valves on either side of it) so the house keeps its water, and unplug the control head until someone can take a look.
